The majority of our products come with a company warranty which may vary from 1 to 5 years. The warranty period will be mentioned in the product description. If you have any doubt you can contact one of our customer service officers who are very welcoming.
Warranty can be claimed by directly contacting us or contacting the specific company. Make sure you keep the warranty card safe, which is essential to claim the warranty.
Damages caused by improper usage or physical damages will not be covered by the warranty. Following will also not be covered by the warranty
- Damage of a product resulting from negligence
- Damage of a product resulting from unauthorized modification of the product
- Damage caused by natural disaster
- Theft or loss of the product
Lifeserve warranty policy -(AND Bp monitors)
- This warranty is valid only if the warranty card is fully filled, stamped, signed & company’s copy return to domestic Health Care – Lifeserv’ (Pvt) Ltd.
- The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the AND Monitor only. The warranty does not extended to other accessories (Cuff/Inflation bulb/Power Adapters).
- If the defect cannot be corrected, Lifeserv’ (Pvt) Ltd agree to provide another AND monitor in a working condition free of charge.
- Lifeserv’ (Pvt) Ltd, makes no warranty which extend in regards to the damages cause by mishandling, negligence, repaired or modified without company authorization.
- If you need to make a warranty claim, Customer copy of warranty card must be produced for processing all complaints related to monitors.
